Conservation of 451 damaged artifacts of Tagore Library, Lucknow University, Lucknow: INTACH Conservation Institute, Lucknow received a prestigious project on conservation of damaged artifacts of Art Gallery at Tagore Library, Lucknow University, Lucknow under the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, New Delhi after the approval of detailed project report. The varities of artifacts were conserved at site as well as in ICI laboratory ie; oil paintings, water colour paintings, photo prints, photographs, handwritten documents, sandstone, marble stone, soap stone and wall painting etc.
Conservation of museum artifacts of 4 Rapid Signal Regiment, Allahabad: The Institute received three regimental colors and one paper document for conservation treatment. All the artifacts were successfully restored and returned back to the regiment.
Conservation of artifacts of 2 Kumaon (Berar) Regiment, Lucknow: The Institute received five regimental colors, two leopard skins, one visitor book and two certificates for conservation treatment. All the artifacts were successfully restored and returned back to the regiment.
Conservation of manuscripts of Meherjirana Library, Navsari, Gujarat: It is an ongoing project which was started in the year 2006. The Library has a huge collection of illustrated/non illustrated manuscripts, diaries, farmans, scrolls and printed books. Time to time team of Conservators from INTACH Conservation Institute, Lucknow conserve the manuscripts at site.
