INTACH Conservation Institute Delhi team undertakes continues research on materials and their effects, developing conservation grade material and testing and evaluation of materials and methods used elsewhere in Indian conditions.

ICI Delhi organises workshops and seminars on various aspects of conservations including documentation methods both preliminary and scientific techniques of examinations and conservation materials and methods. This workshop included theoretical as well as practical sessions conducted by both national and international experts in the field. The participants include conservation professionals, students and research scholars.
